Do I need to bring the laptop anywhere?
No. A rider collects it from your address and returns it to the same place once the repair is done. You can also drop it at a partner workshop if you prefer.
Will I know the price before any work starts?
Yes. A technician diagnoses the fault and puts it in writing, and you approve the estimate before anyone opens the machine.
What is the warranty on a repair?
It depends on the component: 7 days as standard, 6 months on a battery, and 3 years on RAM. The clock starts the day the laptop is back with you, and the remaining cover is visible in your dashboard.
Which cities do you cover?
Doorstep pickup and drop runs across 10 cities: Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Noida, Ahmedabad.
